I used to be able to edit song names and other track level metadata by selecting the three dots menu on the right of each track then EDIT but that option is gone. Can you no longer edit track level metadata?
Of course you can, there would be more than your single post on the forum if that was taken away. 
However, it’s toward the bottom of the track menu, and is often pushed out of view. Because of the (inexplicable) lack of visible scroll bars, it can look as if it’s not there, scroll down in the menu anyway.
(Of course, this only applies to in-library content).

It’s so silly that without scroll bars, and if the cutoff in the menu happens to be exactly between two menu items, it totally looks as if the menu ends there.
To make it worse, some menus do have scroll bars but they seem to become fewer and fewer, apparently randomly. I’ve complained about it many times 
Yeah, it is inexcusable from a usability perspective, especially considering it is such a basic thing.
