We’re sorry for the recent disruption to our community forum. It can be frustrating when access slows down or becomes unreliable, especially when you’re in the middle of a conversation or looking for support.
What happened was a high-volume surge of automated traffic that affected several services simultaneously, not just the community forum. Our first priority was normalizing the core services so that everyone could continue to enjoy their library without interruption. Once that was stable, we focused on bringing the forum back to full performance.
Services should now be fully restored and operating normally.
We’re actively monitoring the situation and putting stronger safeguards in place to reduce the likelihood and impact of similar events going forward.
