What Roon app do I use; ARC, Bridge or Remote

So I have successfully set a Roon sever on an Asustor 5402T NAS. Roon is running very good now. Here is the question:

I have MAC Mini M2 as my host for servicing the NAS.

At home I have 3 computers running at any given time. I travel 25% of the time. Samsung smart TV with sound bar setup.I have an iPhone.

Which app for each?

MacBook Air 2018, Remote or bridge?
Macbook mini late 2012, Bridge?
iPhone -Arc? bridge?
Lenovo 2018 windows 10 home basic - which app?
Samsung will play via apple play

any help to clear up confusion would be appreciated.

I think you need to understand what the differences are between Roon Remote and Roon Bridge first.

Roon Remote - is the Roon graphical user interface (the Control component)
Roon Bridge - has no GUI, it just controls the audio devices (the Output component).
