What to do if Micro Rendu does not work anymore? [Solved, Switch port]

My Micro Rendu device was working good for a while, but now it does not appear under Network Players anymore when I go to the Sonicorbiter Homepage. Unplugging and replugging power does not help. The device seems to be dead. Any idea how to troubleshoot or to get customer support?

You’ll need to get Jesus to weigh in on this. He’ll likely respond here but I believe you can also reach him through the sonore.us website. When you power it back up with ethernet connected, what lights do you see on the rear of the uRendu?

Thanks for the tip. Problem already solved. It was a switch port problem, that was flip/flopping. I used now another port and the Micro Rendu is working again.
