Quite something, isn’t she.
Really like this album, and without Kevin Shirley at the helm I think the production is a lot better than her Joe Bonamassa collaborations - she’s not having to compete with the instruments.

That’s funny, Beth specifically mentioned this album sounding just like she intended when she was praising the producer. Then along comes the lossy abomination because bob knows better than Beth.

I’ll let it go and enjoy the laugh, be she sounded amazing on my system in lovely MQA.
My friend Elles Bailey was on the same bill as Beth at the Rambling Man festival this year. Lucky me had a Guest pass from Elles.
Any way, MQA aside, I urge you all to give Elles a good listen. They were both on a shortlist for best blues vocalist last year. Beth got that one.

If you read my post, I was answering a snarky comment with humour. So, the simple answer is no.
In my initial listening to post, I referred to a fact on the format as I believe is acceptable with any specific format such as High Res, DSD, CD et al
