Used to hammer this back in the day. Ignore the cloth eared reviewer.

Of course he has, I’m expecting @Bauer to have posted everything ever recorded by the end of June… :joy:

I believe I did a while ago, but thanks @Co2004 for reminding me to listen to it again.

That’s a tall order, but I could give it a go!

The picture on the front is an old pub we used to enjoy back in the day, The Bakers Arms, Magdalene Street Colchester.
Rag, Mama Rag and The Churchfitters used to play there regularly, amongst others. My mates covers band Loose Change played a few times also… Great days indeed…

Apparently Paul Simon stayed above the pub for a while in his early days touring the UK…

Jazz pianist Brad Mehldau got inspired by progressive rockbands like Genesis, Gentle Giant and Rush. The result is an very interesting album filled with fusion, jazz, progressive rock and experimental soundscapes. Very nice!

A bonus for me is that a few of the spoken passages are in Dutch and German. More info and a informative review here:

A slab of perfect pure 80s pop. Such a good album from a band at the height of their creative powers.
