I loved Room41 (Paul Cauthen’s previous album) for its unique combination of disco, jazz, country, and alt. I wasn’t sure when I heard this album that I’d like it as much. Part of the appeal of the former was the uniqueness and this one, though arguably more country, has similar sounds, tones, and feel. In the end, I do like this album. A lot.

Worth listening to if only to explore a completely different genre (country inspired…alt?).
