I did a gigg with the “early” Strawbs back around ‘72-‘73 great band & humour, saw them last year doing an acoustic set. great but the all those years made such a difference…

Dave Cousins in his early years was a fantastic all round musician.
But yes age takes it toll.
Indeed he was a remarkable songwriter & musician, I got involved because he lived a couple of miles away (& married a local girl) and rehearsed in a club where I was DJ’ing…happy days…
