I think you may be correct. It seems this is a Brit centric list, which makes sense as I think that’s from where it came, so my miseducation is being somewhat rectified.
Pulp main man Jarvis Cocker is a likeable rogue.

I heard this song for the first time when watching “Children Of Men”.
