When I select an album in Roon, it does not show the whole album… how to fix?

@Paul_Watters - when you added the album back in 2019, did you add the whole album, or just “favourite” the two tracks in the Tidal app? That would just add those two tracks to your Roon library…

I have Qobuz, and I have just favourited those two tracks, so that’s what I see in my Roon Library:

If I click on the “View complete album…” link, then I see the complete album in Qobuz (in your case in Tidal), and clicking on the “+” adds the complete album to my Roon library:

You only added the two tracks to the library (or in the past favorited the two tracks in Tidal like @Geoff_Coupe said). That’s why it says “View complete album in TIDAL”. Click that and then add the whole album to the library
