When is the ''Daily Picks'' updated?

I have a question regarding ‘‘Daily Picks’’. I think this was a great thing. But what I’m wondering is when will this be updated? I mean daily? I see that it’s not in the program now early in the morning?

And is it supposed to disappear completely? Before a new one comes out the next day? I thought it was updated with a new one every day, not just disappear completely? And then suddenly appear completely randomly? Or is there something I’ve missed?

Still no ‘Daily Picks’ here? Yesterday it appeared around 06:45 Norwegian time here. But today there are still no ‘Daily Picks’? And it is now 07:55 Norwegian time. This is a real shame, as I really enjoyed this update. :grinning_face: :+1:

It could be the server time but I wondered if it was midnight local time. I’m in the UK, and I check each morning after 7am and it’s always updated by then, but NY is only five hours behind us, so it could well be either!

Yes it could be the server time that determines this?
I still haven’t received anything here? And half the day has passed? :roll_eyes:

I am getting 1+4*30 = 121 daily picks. Is that what others are getting? Can’t see the point of that. Maybe if it was 3-5 picks.

Yes, I usually get a lot of hits. It pulls from some of the records I’ve been playing lately. So what I like about this is that I’ve found a lot of records I had completely forgotten about. And they deserve a few more rounds here.

Yes. But how many exactly? I get 5 seperate groups of picks which apart from anything I have to then tab through in groups of 30. 121 in total. This is every day. there is no way I will check 121 picks every day so they are just as invisible as they were before. Now if there was a single page of 3-5 picks I could imagine scanning that regularly.

I have no idea how many I have because I haven’t gotten any ‘Daily Picks’ today? Strange that I’m the only one without this today then?

When I opened Roon today, I noticed that the Daily Picks panel did not appear at first - it took a couple of minutes to show up.

Is it still missing for you?

Nobody is forcing you though :slight_smile: And the picks are in groups „because you listened to X“. It’s possible to ignore the groups you don’t fancy today.

For me, the whole Home is slow to load today, sometimes

I have them, it’s just that loading home is sometimes today not super snappy for me

I also noticed updating of homepage for New Releases for You also really slow yesterday evening and this morning, so there could be some delays caused by back end issues.

Strange? I’ve had it every day since it came, but today it hasn’t appeared here? Is there anything I can do here? I assume this appears automatically? Or?

I have had mine today and this is my first and second set, it’s a great mix based on some of what I have listened to over the last few days. Having a bit of an eclectic taste in music these provide me with wildly different and useful albums to listen to for the first time or re-listen too.

I’ve tried closing Roon, then restarting it. But still no ‘Daily Picks’ here?? :roll_eyes:
