Just asking why different user interfaces. It would be much more intuitive if both looked and worked the same.
While I don’t speak for or represent Roon, they have stated previously that ARC is built on a newer architecture internally, and there may be a merging of applications at some point in the future. Until then, they cannot easily add ARC features to the existing mobile Remote applications, so separate apps for now.
Someone should tell the coders to think about their users and not just the latest architecture or programming language.
