I see this on several tracks and albums. The artist’s name appears twice. I do not let Roon do most of my metadata. I have most everything set to ‘prefer file.’ It shows up like this on my slim devices like this and when displaying now playing content to my tv. How do I fix?

See the same, frequently. Wonder why that can’t be handled programmaticly?
If you click on the artist link - do you get to the same artist page each time?
When you look into the album credits, do you see anything that is suspicious?
