Will NUC11TNBi5 work. I see the Hi5 but not Bi5

Can I use a NUC11TNBi5 instead of a NUC11TNHi5

I believe that’s the board-only variant. Most likely, this is not what you need. The “H” is for form factor; meaning space for an SSD or HDD. The “K” or slim variant is fine, too.

I believe there is a SSD in there. Not sure what Board only means. The only reason why I ask is I have the unit in hand already. Spare I obtained.

The form factor is “board”, i.e., no case etc.

If it’s in a case, is it an official NUC case? A photo of the base would be helpful.

Anyway, it is identical… I thought you were going to order, which is why I pointed out the form factor.

Yeah case and all. Here are pics.

And what does the label on the underside of the case give as the model number?

NUC11TNK is under the device. It’s a purposed device from a 3rd party vendor we did not need. So I am trying to repurpose. Looks like a standard slim case NUC11.

So as @mjw said, it’s the “K” variant - perfectly good as a ROCK/NUC system.
