Umm. Well, the simplest way for you is to find the station on tunein

https://tunein.com/radio/MSNBC-s297990/

And paste that into My Live Radio > Add Station manually and there you go.

However, I can’t do that for the general Live Radio part as we don’t use Tunein there.

This site is very useful and contains many links (though not MSNBC as it happens!). If that fails try your old friend Google to search for streaming URLs. If that fails (and it often does), then you are into analysing the HTML code, which is beyond this simple lesson.

For this station, by such postgraduate(!) means, I have found

http://wrau.streamguys1.com/msnbc-free

…and I’ll add it to the general list sometime today.
