Description of the issue
Unfortunately, It is not just the wrong orchestra. It is completely the wrong review.
Emmanuel Krivine did two versions of this. The review is for a 2009 performance with Orchestre Philharmonique de Luxembourg:
The Orchestre National de France version is a 2017 performance. Apart from them being completely different Orchestras, the value add of the ONdeF recording is that there are two versions of the endings that Debussy scored for La Mer. That would be the main benefit of a review in this case but I don’t see alternative reviews on allmusic so that is probably the reason for this muck up.
