WXPN out of Philadelphia? Is there a way to add this station?

I am looking for a way to add WXPN out of Philadelphia to ROON. A quick google search shows a way of using an “add station” button, that I cannot seem to find.

What is the process of adding a station?

It’s already there.
Use the top right magnifying glass, not the one below and hit return - the drop down does not work for radio stations.
