My lass would have me painting that fence
If I sat down too long.

(no looking at the fence )

I haven’t sat down much yet, was clearing the garden and hoovering the living room (as real men do) and then recalibrated my living room after swapping the subs out so that the Rel T5 is now the music sub connected via high level outputs. I should have done this before, but sometimes I don’t listen
But bugger does it sound good :+1:

Yes I have been mowing etc to keep the peace.
Yup high level is the way to go in my opinion unless they are wired from a pre amp. It really fills out the sound.

Plan is to go high level…when i can find the remote to get to setup mode.
Subwoofer in the garage, because I was allowed.

Is that a BK? I have just bagged an xls400 for my second system. That’s off a pre amp to active speakers so DIRAC will be setting it up, plus an extra smidge of bass volume to taste……

Now I have that platform you posted in my Amazon cart as well :joy:

Its very bassy. 12" peerless monster speaker.

If only my own wife was persuaded by that argument.

Good choice.

The main speakers are sealed Thiel in-wall units mounted in old Castle Kendal cabinets, with added castors. Both ebay bargains.
Sound great but very little bass

I paid £80 for the both if i remember.
