Same issue here.
Reboot endpoint or reconnect usb-dac does not solve the problem. Only reboot the Core does.

Setup:
Core 1.8 (build 756) on NUC8i5BEH Win10pro 20H2 Build 19042.804
Endpoint NUC5PPYB Rock 1.0 (build227) > Chord Mojo usb-dac
