Do you by any chance have Private Relay turned on for the Monterey PC? We have seen this setting cause communication issues in the past:
As for the main issue at hand, I think we’ll need to run some further tests on your database to see what is going on, can we kindly ask that you restore the database that gives the error loading library
message and then upload the database to the following link and let us know once uploaded.
