Did this issue affect only Qobuz content in your case? The Qobuz API was facing some infrastructural problems that Qobuz has since resolved.
Certain Qobuz tracks (including a large portion of their hi-res catalog) were failing to play via the API; this meant playback would suspend at 0:00 or fail entirely within Roon. The Qobuz team fixed this just before you first posted here, so we want to check to see if you’re still encountering any playback issues at this time.
