A Boombox for Roon with MP3 player?

I am looking for a simple (portable?) boombox for the kids room which can by driven by Room and can play MP3s from the device (or a USB flash drive). Price below 300 US$ ideally.

Any suggestions?

Any device that supports AirPlay or Chromecast would do what you want. JBL are generally good and robust devices.

I am actually looking for a Roon-connectable boombox which preferably additionally has a built-in MP3 player (so that my son can choose audio stories and songs without a big screen) – but that is these (after-mp3-player) days probably too much to ask for…
