Abrupt Roon failures [fixed]

Ok, we’ve got the logs, so give us a day or so to look into this and we’ll let you know what we’re seeing.

Feel free to find your Roon folder and rename it to something else temporarily, like Roon_old. Then, you can safely reinstall Roon and try Roon with a new database, while we look into these issues.

Roon continues to function, and I am able to retrieve Hi Def files stored on the Lightning drive (manufactured by Lacie). I literally have no idea what changed. I never removed and reinstalled Roon…it simply began working, including with Tidal. If you want a recent log for analysis, I certainly can make another. But as far as Customer Service goes, I think you can close out this job and mark it “resolved by Roon Tech Support!”
