Accessing Nucleus from web administration

Roon Core Machine (my Core is Nucleus. I can see this,

Have Nucleus on network and can verify.
Have admin on my Mac OS.
See that core is Nucleus.

The nucleus manual keeps referring to settings–> but I have no idea where to go to do this. I cannot find a way to access admin for the Nucleus. I cannot find the screen shown below?

  1. Access the Nucleus Web Administration Interface

  2. Under Operating System choose Reinstall The firmware will be reinstalled on your Nucleus to the latest available version.

Have you installed the Roon App?

Do you know the IP address for your Nucleus? If so, you “should” be able to enter it into your web browser (chrome? or safari?) and the WebUI should come up.

Welcome to the forum @Nathan_Reed

Plus most decent routers will make the web admin page available under the local network name so that the IP is not necessary. Enter http://nucleus or http://nucleus.local in a web browser. (For the Nucleus+, http://nucleusplus or http://nucleusplus.local)

This should get you to

I don’t know where the Nucleus manual does this, but in most cases the Settings refer to the Roon app not the Nucleus. As @bearFNF wrote, did you install the app on the Mac?

After installing the app, starting it, and connecting it to the Nucleus (it should find it automatically following the Connecting to Nucleus link posted by @bearFNF), the Settings are in the sidebar:

And for details:

I was able to access with the suggestions. Not sure what the Nucleus guide/manual is trying to say but ip does it.

That was tremendous help. Many questions about the Nucleus became clear. I was concerned about file structure and hierarchy etc. But I now get it. Roon will do the data work on Nucleus with just a simple copy.

Much thanks to all for responses.
