I'm having trouble connecting to Roon

How do I access the ROON application on my Synology NAS to change the remote access so I can stream my Roon content via the cloud/remotely?

Open your Roon remote, go to Settings > Roon ARC. There will be some status information there. If there is a box with an error top right, click the copy button next to it and paste the error here.
