Description of Issue
My complete account is gone. Well I can log on to my account but my library is gone! I’ve tried reaching out to customer support for almost two months in 5 separate mails.
No response whatsoever. Been unable to use the service for more than two months now.
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
Anyone with the same problem.
It’s hours upon hours spent collecting music sorting it in my library wasted!
UPDATE - THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED -SOLUTION: RESET PASSWORD IN ROON.
You only seem to have brought this up once before and then didn’t respond to support so …
What? I can screenshot the multiple messages I’ve sent to you the past month!
I’ve reached out to support multiple times with no reply.
I stream via tidal. All my albums and the music I’ve collected and sorted in tags and genres is gone!
My aacount has been sweeped completely.
It’s the second time this happens to me but the first time is over a year ago and happened due to switch of core.
This time it has happened for no apparent reason

Have you tried logging out of Tidal and logging back in?
If not, go to Settings → Services
I tired that multiple times with no succes.
But after discussing the problem in another forum someone suggested a password reset of Roon. And that seemed to fix the problem.
So it is working again thank god🙏
I have no idea why though?
