Adding Music to Library and Metadata Improver Stuck for a Week (ref#MOETGU)

What’s happening?

· Something’s not working in the Roon interface (buttons, displays, lyrics, etc.)

Describe the issue

Adding Music to Library is stuck and Metadata improver is paused.
It has been stuck like this for a week perhaps?
I have rebooted my router and logged out and back in to Roon several times all to no avail.
Can you please advise how to fix this?

Describe your network setup

I am in UK, router is an EE router, I am on fibre, and this is hardwired to my Roon server - in my case this is via an Innuos Zen machine.

Please restart your Roon Server instance and then check again.

Thanks for writing in! @BlackJack is correct with the above next step - it often helps clear up any metadata improver issues.

I had checked i was on latest version and rebooted everything else in my system but omitted to reboot the Roon server!
Now i have done that the error message is now cleared.
