On my computer, the Roon Server on my surface with the ARM processor used to work fine, but after reinstalling, I cannot run it.
In between, it asked me to add folders, and then suddenly, it informed me that my server was not running.
How do I contact Roon Support?
Your post will be picked by Roon support, I’m afraid responses can be rather delayed.
However, I believe your surface isn’t up to Roon’s recommended specification so it’s fortunate that you managed to get it working.

Thank you for your patience while we worked through the queue. Your surface should work fine as a Roon server. Please provide some screenshots of what you see when trying to open Roon. Be sure to edit out any personal information like your email address before uploading.
Can you give a little more detail about this?
