Describe the issue

I've just applied latest version Roon / RoonServer 2.56 (build 1582) Production. After installation some tracks don’t play even within the same album (for example "Autumn Leaves" track contained into "Marseille" album of JAmal)

Hello @paolo_caliari ,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for reaching out. Just to confirm, you have this album saved to your Qobuz library, is that correct? If you serach for the track manually, are you still able to reproduce the behavior? Can you please reproduce the issue and let us know the exact local time + date when it occurs? We’ll then enable diagnostics for your Roon Server to see if logs contain further clues, thanks!

"Then I synced the Roon library from the Innuos Zenith Mk3 settings. "
Sorry, a mistake of mine. I synced the Qobuz libraries.

Hi Noris,
thank you for your reply.
First of all, I just re-ran the test, and now the three test tracks I used are working properly.
Using the history, I see that around 12:30 AM yesterday (October 30th) the track (Autumn Leaves" track contained into “Marseille” album of Jamal) wasn’t working. Then I synced the Roon library from the Innuos Zenith Mk3 settings. It took a long time. Then, around 6:30-7:00 PM, I ran a new test, and the track worked properly.
I don’t know if syncing the Roon libraries within Innuos solved the problem. I only know that the problem with some random tracks persisted even after I reset and turned off Innuos.
Thank you for your assistance.
Paolo
