Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Roon 1.8 can’t find my DAC after standby. It is a Cayin CS-100 DAC via USB connected directly to the Core (intel NUC i7).
This occurs after every standby. Every time I have to restart my Core to find it again.
That’s annoying!
What to do?
Tanks for help!

Hi @Rainer_Cordts ,
Does the DAC still show up under Roon Settings → Audio and is only missing from the Zone picker?
In settings I can see it.

Apologies for the trouble! We’re working on a solution to this and will keep everyone updated here:
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that we have a ticket in for this. I can’t provide any specific timelines, but we hope that this will be resolved soon!
In the meantime, if you reboot your Core machine your zones should become available again for some time.
