We have just received a test results from our QA Team and it was confirmed that update KB5063878 does not affect discoverability of the AirPlay devices.
In our case I would suggest checking other factors such as:
- Wi - Fi settings (IGMP Snooping/IGMP Proxy)
- Make sure that your Airplay devices are in the same local network as your Roon server
- Probably, try to backup your Roon Server and then reinstall it from scratch
- Try to check it again with temporarily disabled firewall.
- try disabling IPv6 if you did not do that yet.
