Airplay devices not showing up in

Roon stopped working since the latest Roon update. I have several problems from Roon not playing off my Mac nor does it recognize the Airplay decises

Roon Core Machine
MacBook Pro 14.2.1

Network Gear and Set Up
ATT fiber optic, Eero Pro 6 wifi, VPN turned off (Malwarebytes)

Connected Audio
Connected directly from Mac to Marantz USB, Airplay

Problem:

  1. Tracks won’t play directly to computer.
  2. Audio doesn’t locate any devices on the network.

Things I’ve Tried.

  1. Resetting the entire network
  2. Turned off VPN
  3. In Audio, refreshing doesn’t complete the command.

It appears that Roon connects to the wifi since I can login and I can find music on Qobuz.

Thanks to for any advice,

Bill

@Bill_Underwood, definitely deactivate your VPN (for now), Roon is not designed to work with them and they tend to interfere with Roon.

Can you post a screenshot of Roon’s Settings → Audio tab? What model/year is your MBPro, and how is it connected to your network? Also, can you confirm that all of your devices are connected to the same subnet (where their IP addresses all match aaa.bbb.ccc in their aaa.bbb.ccc.nnn IP address)?

Robert, thanks for your suggestions. I just figured out that I had to restart my Mac, and it cleared it out and now it works. Feels like a duh moment, but glad it’s working.
