Akasa NUC12WHSI5 - New Build Question

Members, can anybody enlighten me?
This might be a completely ridiculous question regarding the above new build, to replace my aging current NUC.
Obviously the NUC12WHSI5, is in the approved list of compatible devices for Roon Core, but the Roon Core installation states that the bios should be re-flashed with the latest version as part of the installation. However, there is no update, (or latest version) according to Intel. So, I’m assuming this part of the installation can by-passed ?
It’s a bit embarrassing to ask, but can someone enlighten me.

This maybe relevant and I think the correct answer would be no bios update is required.

Get nothing on screen after flashing BIOS on Intel NUC and rebooting to BIOS config

Was getting S.M.A.R.T errors on Intel NUC (NUC8i3BEH) SSD, so bought a new SSD, installed it and then flashed the BIOS to the new SSD. That appeared to work as the screen showed things were “Done” and it kept scrolling. Didn’t see it actually end, but when I went back to the screen, the NUC was shut down. I assumed it finished correctly, so went to the next step which was to reboot and hold down the F2 screen to get to the BIOS config screen. But nothing came up on the screen. The screen said …

You can skip the BIOS update, especially if there has been no new update.
