Description of Issue

My nucleus went back to my dealer, and they seemed to have fixed the problem of it not working. I’ve now got it connected to both my ipad and running the app on my macbook pro. Wonderful to have such sound again! All the library content is there, but no album covers for items from tidal or qobuz, and no info on the album/artist/ etc. This is true on both controlling devices, and there is that little circle arc running near the header on both devices. What gives? Suggestions?

Hi gray,

If you either click on the circle or go to settings → library, does it indicate scanning going on?

If not, you might try rebooting the Nucleus.
