Hi there. I’m a relatively new user. I’m using a Mac with latest OS, which serves as my CORE. Overall, I have not had too many problems with the system and seems to be responding as it should. Recently, I did notice that 3 albums from the same artist (Genesis) that were ripped using Music App within macOS are not showing up in Roon. The artist (Genesis) is not showing up in Roon either, but all it is all clearly there in the hard drive that stores all my content (ALAC lossless files). So for some reason, Roon is neither recognizing this artist nor the albums (NOT obscure albums) that are contained under the folder for the artist. I have rebooted Roon multiple times. Overall, I have not noticed any issue; Roon will typically recognize the ripped album and add the artist without any problem (again, sometimes I do reboot the application), but not so for (in this case) Genesis. Any ideas on how I might go about correcting this issue? Thanks in advance. Boston Roon User
What are the 3 albums that are causing the issue? Have you any means of checking that the metadata in the files is correct? Thanks.
