Description of Issue

Initially exported all iTunes songs using an app to main Roon library on NAS. Roon found songs but not all. Did a research and found out about M4P (DRM protected) files not being able to exported and play correctly on Roon. Manually deleted all content of Roon library, purchased a software that properly converted M4P to FLAC. Once completed did a playback test and few files using Windows 11 PC, confirmed proper playback. Then copied back all 3000+ converted FLAC songs/ files to same Roon library. Ran a force scan and let it sit overnight. Still no songs or albums show up.

Troubleshooting:

  1. Removed the library and re-add library
  2. Clicked on show hidden song and albums
  3. Cleaned up library
  4. Restarted Roon

Nothing helps! What am I missing here?

Anyone? Anything?

Can you post a screenshot of your present library storage path from settings: storage.

Sure here you go. Its a shared folder on my NAS called Roon. Its not where the Roon DB folder is.
