· Roon server: 2014 Mac Mini, 8gb Ram, 1 Tb hdd; iPhone 17 Pro. Open Arc, go to library “tab”, choose to display Albums, result is grey screen, no albums listed. But if I choose artists then the artists in my library are all displayed and I can scroll down the list. How to get my albums to do the same? Library has of the order of 2200 albums, roughly 1400 of which are on my NAS and the rest are Qobuz.

Thank you for the detailed report — this is very helpful.
Since Artists are loading correctly in ARC while Albums remain blank, we’d like to start by ruling out any local app-side caching or sync issues on the iPhone before moving on to deeper server-side diagnostics.
A clean reinstall will force ARC to refresh its local library data and re-establish a fresh session with your Roon Server.
Please try the following on your iPhone 17 Pro
Delete Roon ARC
iOS Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Roon ARC → Delete App
(Please make sure it is fully deleted, not just offloaded.)
Reboot the iPhone
Reinstall ARC
Download Roon ARC again from the App Store.
Log back in and re-authorize
While connected to the same LAN where the Roon server is located.
Open ARC
Sign in to your Roon account
When prompted, connect to and authorize your Roon Server again.
Once logged in, ARC will resync its library from the server. With a library of ~2200 albums, this may take a few minutes.
Please let us know once you’ve completed these steps and whether the Albums view begins to populate. If the issue persists, we’ll move on to collecting diagnostics and investigating further.
