Roon suddenly logged out last night without a prompt then when logged back in, now all my playlists have gone and I use these for DJ-ing. How can I restore them please and why have have just vanished?
Restoring a backup will bring them back.

Hi - backup hasn’t worked as haven’t backed up in a while! (My bad). I’m now trying to create new playlists but when created, they now don’t show at all. I’m getting f-ed off with ROON now tbh as this is all gonna take me so many hours to rectify as I need many genre playlists for my DJ-ing…not impressed at all.
And also, when I try to create new playlists, the old playlists names are still showing bit then they don’t exist content wise??
…so I can add an album to an old playlist when looking as the old playlists then come up at that point - (when scrolling through it’s clearly the original playlist I created). However, I then try to open my playlists and Roon doesn’t recognise any and still states I don’t have any. So somewhere, somehow, Roon recognises all my old playlists and can find them when I go to ‘add’ a new track, but I can’t see any way in which to access them and keep then accessible as they were in playlists section?? Help!

Thanks for the update.
Are you able to share screenshots of the playlist issues you’re seeing? Are these playlists made in Roon directly or have you imported them from a third party?
Please also make sure you’re on the correct Roon profile.
This will likely cause you issues - please test out hardwiring your server device directly to your router and see if your issues persist.
