All things M1 Mac mini as endpoint

This is intended as channel for exchanging info and experiences on the 2020 M1 Mac mini as an endpoint, so either running Roon or Roon bridge.
The M1 Mac mini is new, and Big Sur, the most recent software release is new as well. On both some problems may need to be ironed out.
For instance

• the output may not be fully supported
  Roon Nucleus verses Apple Mac Mini M1

• Big Sur seems to give problems with HDMI output

• any other problems that may surface
