Describe the issue

Brings up my library but shows "Unavailable" on every track

Describe your network setup

Altafiber in my ISP, wireless router, using a laptop as the music server, running Roon on my iPad connected to my Moon all in one via Bluetooth

Can you confirm you logged in and out via Roon’s settings (and not the app of the streaming service)?
Also, did you reboot your server and router?

Otherwise, you might have to try to follow the advice given here: Majority of Tidal library showing as 'Unavailable' (ref#WRCSAC) - #2 by vadim

Just rebooted everything: iPad, Moon ACE, laptop, router, and even the fiber switch. This worked, no longer seeing “Not Available” and I’m able to play the music. Thank you, Mike
