I had the same issue weeks ago, and opened a service ticket from MyTek website. However, after 10 days I still do not receive any replies.

My AMP+ burnt out 2 weeks ago. I followed this thread and tried sending email plus opened a service request.
However, after 2 weeks now I still can’t receive any replies even just a confirmation.
Can you please let me know how I can repair my AMP+ which is still under warranty? Thanks.
Mytek USA have completely failed to reply to me about the BB2 upgrade offer. I’ve made more than one attempt using different official email addresses. It would seem they are not interested in talking to customers. I’ve just about had enough, so I will think about spending my money elsewhere. I’m not seeing a reason to recommend to anyone else either right now if they can’t be bothered to talk to customers who have already spent a lot of money on their products (BB and two Amps in my case).
