What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

Hello. I’m setting up roon Arc and ran into difficulties. I managed to forward the ports but it doesn’t work. Please tell me what can be done for a successful result?

Port forwarding: outer 55000 → inner 55000

Most likely it is being blocked on your modem, I would check there.

The Internet provider provides a connection via optical fiber and it seems that I do not have access to the settings of the device that converts the signal from optical to lan. If I can find out what needs to be changed in the settings, I can probably ask the provider about it.

I got access to the Huawei HG8120 optical modem, now I’m figuring out what setting needs to be changed.

I managed to complete the settings, it turned out that I need to forward the port to Huawei HG8120H
