Hey @Steve_Engels, are your Android devices connected to the same network as your Zen mini? What are the model names of your Android devices?

We’re also going to need a lot more information about your network itself – how do you have things connected, what networking gear you use (router/switch models, network extenders), etc.

Hi Steve,

Fellow user here, when you can’t find the core there might be a blue Help link that shows up, if you click that it lets you enter the Server IP, don’t use the actual IP, try using 255.255.255.255 and see if that helps.
