Good day @stefan_sasura !

I hope you’re doing well today.

We’re sorry to see you are facing this problem.

From the diagnostic data report we can see that you have multiple IP addresses on your devices. Can you clarify whether you are using VPN ? If so have you tried to connect to your server without it ?

And the other part we would like you to do is to upload logs from your Roon Server (

) to our Logs File Storage (
https://workdrive.zohoexternal.com/collection/8i5239cc05950ac07456889838d9319545a82/external
) and let us know when done. Also, please provide us with the exact time stamp when did you last time tried to connect to your Nucleus from Android.

Thanks!

Regards.

Sorry, my bad, I had to manually add Nucleus IP address and now it connects, it’s not instant but works

Hi @stefan_sasura ,

Glad to hear that the manual connection mode is working. As for the automatic connection mode, we’ll need to gather some more details as to why this doesn’t work. Can you please confirm your Android device model/manufacturer/version, as well as your networking gear/router’s model/manufacturer? If you are able to send a manual log set as @alex_h requested, this would also be very helpful.

Describe the issue

I had to reopen the ticket because the problem was not solved when manually inputed nucleus address. The only problem I have is connecting with my Android device, my phone or the tablet. Apple devices work without problem (phone or tablet) and so does PC. When I manually input the nucleus IP address sometimes android connects, sometimes not and even if it connects, it takes about 10 to 20 seconds. Phone is Samsung galaxy 25 ultra latest sw (Android 15) tablet is on Android 13. Nucleus one is connected directly to asus modem.
