Description Of Issue
Roon Remote on Oneplus One won’t update to build 416. Roon Remote isn’t available in Play Store on the Oneplus One.
Can you share a screenshot showing that the update is not available in your play store? You can use these instructions to upload screenshots to this site. I have reports of many other people updating without issue, so I think something might be going on here for you. Which area of the world are you located in? Have you tried uninstalling the app and then re-installing again from the play store? Does it still say it’s out of date in Roon Settings -> About after doing so?

I’m in the Netherlands. My other remote, a Google Pixel C, updates just fine. My Oneplus One doesn’t. I haven’t tried deleting the app, because I don’t want to lose it. The remote app can be used on Android 5 devices and upwards, my Oneplus One is on 6, it should work.

That screenshot seems a little odd. If you have Roon Remote installed on the OnePlus, then I would expect it to show up in the list as installed, like this:
I wasn’t home last week, just now I was able to download the Roon APK. That worked. My Oneplus One is up to date. Thanks! Why the new version of Roon Remote didn’t show up in the PlayStore remains a mystery for me, though.
