Anthem MRX 520 AVR not recognized on new Titan server (ref#EXLTU9)

Describe the issue

I’m in the process of upgrading my Roon server from a Nucleus (rev A) to a Titan. I followed migration instructions provided by the Roon Knowledge Base Article “Moving Roon to a New Server.” However, the Nucleus server recognizes the Anthem MRX 520 AVR that is connected directly to it by HDMI, whereas the Titan server does not. Both servers are running the same (current) Roon Server version and the same RoonOS version.
