I would think because you don’t have anything of theirs in your library? Everything in roon is library based. Add a track to the library and you should be able to like the band.

Perhaps a second, unrelated question, then:
Why do I see the waveform progress line for some songs, whereas for many others just a straight line is shown?
Waveform analysis only works for music on local storage.
Does that fit with your experience?
