Anyone know the differences between using Qobuz vs. Tidal in standard 16/44.1 rez?

Thomas, it should be the same for the same album version.
High resolution content is different, Qobuz proposing lossless up to 24/192, and TIDAL more favoring MQA.

I compared 44.1 on Tidal and Qobuz, using same album, and could not detect any difference. To me, they sounded exactly the same. I also compared 24/96 on Qobus with 24/96 MQA on Tidal (same tune and album version), and it was a very close call. Perhaps a tiny bit of smoother and more relaxed sound on Qobus.

Not at CD resolution only if your internet link is low but then it would be same for both.
