Almost four months have passed, this severe problem is still there. Very disappointed!
You would think that since the betas and early June they would adresss this problem to meet the mid October 4 moths later official release… but nooo…
As the official release of Catalina is out now, this topic has run its course and had been closed.

For those who may not have seen it, Roon has warned against using MacOS Terminal commands as a workaround. Using the workaround will prevent the Roon database from working properly once Catalina issues are resolved.
