Thanks for writing in to ask us about this issue. ARC’s sign in process goes through a web browser so we will start troubleshooting there. If no web browser opens when you try to sign into ARC please check to make sure that your phone doesn’t have any pop-up blockers enabled. If a browser window does open but login fails then make sure your browser accepts cookies from Roon. Let us know whether either of these troubleshooting steps resolve your issue.

Do you simply press the login button and receive the error in your screenshot above? Do you have any VPNs or third-party antivirus applications active on the device?
An important thing to note with your specific device - we haven’t yet tested ARC on the MIUI 14 operating system running above Android on this phone. Because of this, it may be useful to review a set of ADB logs from the affected mobile device. Steps to follow below:
